Incatro, history and future

Incatro was founded in 1993 by Carl Huijskens, with project design as its core task. Since 1999, more emphasis has been placed on room acoustics. In that year, Incatro was the first in the world to develop a high-quality sound absorber that - now modified - still sets the international standard.

Since 2004, Incatro has focused entirely on room acoustics. Acoustic advice, product development and manufacturing of acoustic solutions form the basis of the company.

In mid-2019 Carl sold the majority of the shares to Hans Schroots. From that moment on, Hans is in charge of the day-to-day management of the company and will lead Incatro to the next steps in the future. Carl will remain with the company as technical director.
