What is an acoustic desk screen?

An acoustic desk screen is a hanging or standing screen with sound-absorbing properties that separates two workplaces.

An acoustic desk screen is designed to absorb sound from an adjacent workstation, thereby increasing speech intelligibility and speech privacy. The degree of sound absorption is expressed in the absorption value. Incatro's acoustic desk screens with a profile 90mm thick have an NRC value of 0.90 per side. So sound is absorbed by 90% on both sides. A top product. A 52mm thick acoustic desk screen is also available. This has a lower but still interesting absorption class.

Appearance of acoustic desk screen

Incatro's acoustic desk screen is made up of a 52mm or 90mm thick aluminium profile, available in white, anthracite-black or aluminium grey. The desk screen can be supplied with round or straight corners. They are available in a standing, mobile or hanging version and are provided with a fabric or print of your choice.
